Chandpur Sadar Upazila Parishad Chairman Mr. Nurul Islam Dewan was present as the chief guest at the inaugural function of distribution of free seeds and chemical fertilizers among small and marginal farmers in Rabi / 2021-22 season under Agriculture Rehabilitation Program. Upazila Agriculture officer Aysha Akter presented key note about the rehabilitation programme. Upazila Executive Officer sanzida shahnaz presided over the programme.
